this is something that I'm confused about, when/where was the race of the characters ever established? how can you tell that Kokomi and Yomiya are Asian and Barbara is white? aside from clothing and makeup, all of the characters in this game have the same "anime face" without features characteristic of any race. in anime, hair and eye color and sometimes even skin tone doesn't tell anything about where the character is from. I always interpreted the characters in Genshin as the "anime race" living in different cultures reflected in their names, clothing, and makeup. that obviously doesn't excuse the lack of skin tone variety, I just don't see how Inazuma and Liyue NPC are POC when they use exactly the same model as the ones in Mondstadt
