Have you ever been shocked sober?

One of the worst experiences i have had on drugs happened recently to me. A friend of mine had been selling heroin for a pretty long time and had accumulated alot of wealth from it.

I had no idea that he had been doing this as he had never told anyone about it including his closest friends and girlfiend etc. Which is pretty sensible to give him credit and i can easily understand why someone would keep it discreet.

I was in his flat one night and we had been up all night doing coke and drinking vodka. We got to the stage where the coke stopped working and we needed a line every 5 mins just to feel normal (I'm sure most people with some experience of coke know this stage). We had just finished the last of the gear and i was feeling shit, super paranoid and depressed etc, the usual coke comedown symptoms.

Just as we had reached the point where we were too depressed to talk i heard the loudest bang you could imagine. After that bang there was a stampede of footsteps and people shouting 'police!'. It's hard to explain when typing about it but believe me when i say it was extremely loud.

I'm sure there will be plenty of people reading this who have been raided by the cops and everyone probably has a different reaction. The fact that I was already super edgy and paranoid from the coke comedown made the whole thing about 100x more brutal than if i had been sober.

I have never felt panic that intense in my life its hard to even describe the shock of dealing with something like that at the rock bottom of a coke comedown.

They even took me to the station and kept me for about 18 hours untill they could legally say i had sobered up.

Needless to say, a heavy comedown after a long coke session is bad enough normally, having to face custody and a police interview in that state is one of the worst experiences i have ever had.

That turned into a pretty long essay but that's my worst drug experience

TL:DR: Was on brutal cocaine comedown and got raided by cops.
