Every Law Professor With a Twitter Account Says Congressman Matt Gaetz Just Committed Witness Tampering

I don't see how they could even prove that he was the one who tweeted it. Unless he admits he wrote it, was on camera typing it, or someone saw him tweet it. I mean if someone finds a letter in your office that doesn't mean you wrote that letter or if a witness had a letter with your name typed at the bottom. Could you imagine if the burden of proof was that low to convict someone of a crime? Hell every witness with a chip on their shoulder could write a letter with the defendants name, or the defending attorneys name, on it and get a conviction/disbarment. I mean how often have we seen people get hacked on social media, it's possible his phone was out of his possession for a few minutes, ect.
