I say "your words could cause problems for people who suffer form this disease". A person who suffers from this disease explicitly cautions you to weigh your words more when talking to people who suffer from it.

In case it wasn't clear, your entire demeanor is the issue here. You can't even find it in you to acknowledge how an actual sufferer feels about what you said. You're like an abusive spouse that says "but I didn't even hit her that hard!".

The reason why I weighed my words regarding whether or not the OP's BMI constitutes anorexia is because 1. I can't actually tell whether she's healthy on the picture, and 2. because some of the other criteria relate to how your internal organs function. I'm not a doctor, so I'm going to guess that it's probably possible for her to be completely healthy in all those regards while having that BMI.
