At least you got rid of him. Had this girl working at my store. She started like two months after me. She only worked two days a week. Both as 5 hour days. Wensday and Saturday. 9 to 2. She had some medical problem that she had to go to the dialysis center once a month. She asked me to switch so she doesn't have to call out. I had what was normally her shift and she had a 5:30 to 9:30 shift. I had to do something that day at 4:00. I think it was a doctor's appointment. anyways I said I'd switch since it would take like 30 minutes max for my thing and it was one exit away from work. So the switch happened . She didn't show up for the shift. Two months later and she asks me again. I tell her I'm only switching if she is actually going to show up. Yep I am I will I promise. Nope. Then she asked me again like three weeks later and I said nope. So she came in at 1030 without calling and is told she has to work the tentsale.that day. It's like 75 F° and she complained it was too hot. One of the department leads had borrowed his mother's water cooler for the weekend so that the person out there could have cold water. Each person assigned to it was only out there for an hour at a time and teo hour gap between going back out. She quit on the spot. The lead who brought the water cooler and I both high five that she was finally gone. Although we didn't expect her to quit over that. All you had to with the tent sale was sit under the tent, which was just one of those pop up canopies in think something like 20x20. Sit under the tent and make sure no one took shit and ran.
