Five best LG/backup LGs in the game today?

I wouldn't be surprised. I don't think Hanna is going to be too expensive to lock up, and I'd much rather have him in that role with Witten getting older. A lot of us seem to be up in arms against trading Leary, but his injury concerns are real, and Witten may be our iron man, but he's also out most clutch receiving threat (despite not having any real big-play upside). Hanna is arguably the riskier loss. Leary also doesn't have the position flex of Bernadeau, or Collins to keep the line playing at a high level. He might beat out Collins for a year, but any longer would be very, very surprising. No sense in carrying a starter as depth when he's useful trade bait for a position that we're much more likely to need.

The copycat is strong these days. We haven't made a sexy first round pick since Dez, really, but it's been the factor that put us over the line. Our drafing in general has just been on point. I didn't like what I heard about Green's minicamp and I heard nothing about Gibson, but I trust the FO completely if they want to get rid of Leary.

The only issue is finding a seller. Miller would be a really tough call for me if I ran the Dolphins. They spent a lot of money this offseason and Miller is at the height of his value. Fins fans seem to be against it, but will they have enough to pay him next year? Moreno did well for them and he's still around and CJ2K. They've got Ajayi, but who knows there? Is a solid, cheap, injury prone guard worth it for this year? Maybe not alone, but I don't know what their TE roster is like, and I wouldn't flinch from offering Leary and a 4th, mayyyyybe a 3rd. If we pick him up and we get the triplets 2.0 v2 then we might get in to another Murray situation, though. There is one other player that I think might be on the block in this scenario that would totally get it done IMO...Randle. If Broaddus is to be believed, the FO isn't enamored with him. Personally, I'd love to keep Leary and trade Randle + maybe Swaim and or a late rounder. A lot of us seem to be riding high on him, but trusting the FO sometimes means shit we don't like.
