Dude... Ignoring what she’s done to him, she stole pictures of you and pretended to be you. She violated your privacy. She lied to you too. Why on earth would you continue to be friends with someone like that? This isn’t a small little white lie, she literally pretended to be someone else and that someone else was you. I’d be fucking packing my bags, blocking her off everything and running for my privacy and life. That’s next level scary. What else has she completely fabricated? You think this is a one time thing?
