You don't have "stretched out" skin. There is no such thing at the cellular level. Stretch marks are scarring tissue because your skin undergoes pressure more rapidly than it can grow. That's it, it's that simple. That skin too can go through autophagy. It's not special. It's made up of protein, etc. just like the rest of your skin.

Tell me, what was the obesity rate in Jewish ghettoes in 1939?
Firstly, most Jewish people were not living in ghettos. That's absurd. Secondly, still "rate". Even if all were poor as hell there is a rate by your own logic yet ALL came out thin, with no loose skin or dead. So that point is moot.

There's plenty of evidence right there. You just deny it. It's ok, people deny the earth is round too but that doesn't change the fact that it is.

As to your suggestion on me loosing weight, I lost all my weight years ago AND my loose skin. I suggest anyone wanting to try this, to first loose the weight whatever way works best for you then go on a low protein diet and do heavy lifting. Don't over exert yourself and do it slowly and your loose skin will go away just like mine did. It takes time but not as much as you think. Certainly under a year if you go low protein and lift.
