GameStop CFO is leaving the company, retailer announces layoffs

This is honestly the only reason I gave GME some credibility. If somehow gaming rights (right to play upon purchase) can be turned into an "NFT", I think that would revolutionize the gaming market. We're in a weird transition currently where physical games are being replaced by digital counterparts, but I don't think that will last. There is value to holding a digital copy of something, and I shouldn't have to pay $60 for the same products. In my opinion, it's only natural that digital assets (right to play a game) will be the future ... and the first company to start that is going to be reap the benefits.

Plus, with all the money that recent games have made from online purchases (Grand Theft Auto for example) I think it's only a matter of time where buying digital assets (which are tradable) becomes a think. Certain companies like stream are already doing it. Google "Buying Every Cucumber" on the streaming market on Youtube and you'll see what I'm talking about.
