I genuinely LOVE when companies let you know you didn't get the job.

Its pretty loathsome, beyond getting ghosted, to finally receive an afterthought of a message weeks or months later. For many people, especially during Covid, quick communication is essential to their survival, but Recruiters and HR hardly seem to care at all.

I lost my job during Covid and applied to 51 places before finally finding something proper. Out of all of these aps I documented, only one recruiter had the guts to tell me that I'm not in due to lack of experience in the required field. One ghost took 4 months to reply, and about 9 never replied at all. The rest generally took a month after the first meeting via Teams to send a rejection.
