As a father who won emergency and then full custody because his ex wife was unstable..let me just say you are grossly misunderstanding how the courts work and how quickly this will turn on you.

You should file that emergency hearing ASAP, you can't co parent with someone who is out of touch with reality. I can't imagine the mental stress your child is under when being cared for by someone who isn't mentally stable.

If she is capable of hiding it, that's more of a concern, she's gonna slap you with a protection order and THEN you are going to claim she's not mentally fit.
