I see a great piece of advice to be gleaned from all this.

Single guys out there: Don’t date women with kids. Her kids will always come before you. And if she has a dog the dog will come before you too.

So if she had two kids and a dog you will be the fourth person in line that she thinks about.

And then all the baby daddy issues.

And then when the relationship fails you feel all guilty and feel the need to provide them a place to live.

Just don’t get involved with single mothers unless you really want kids and either are incapable of it or you don’t mind all the above drama.

And I say all this as a guy raised by a single mother who married man she wasn’t attracted to so he could provide support for us.
