I think it's possible you're blowing things out of proportion, or being harder on yourself than necessary. Also the symptoms of porn addiction are real and it certainly messes with your perception, however I think it's unrealistic to expect you can just do away with looking at women and being attracted to them, in fact you shouldn't want to do away with that, it's an integral part of being alive. Boobs are attractive, regardless of whether you're a porn addict or not, and that's okay. Obviously ogling for too long or staring or generally being creepy is ill-advised. Also, don't beat yourself up over the fact she may have been on the younger side, anyone who says they haven't checked out someone only to realize they're on the younger side is lying.
