Why do you hate that one coworker so much?

I was told to train the new woman at work (at a dog kennel). I met her and realized she was much older than the other employees (most of us are 18-30 years old, she was about 50). Whatever, as long as she is strong enough to handle the toughest dogs, fine by me. For reference I was about 20 at this time. I explained the various things that had to be done during the shift, and she enthusiastically listened and asked questions. Great! She actually cares about the job! There was just something kind of off about her that I couldn't place my finger on. It might have been because she looked like a washed-up trophy wife (platinum blonde hair, fake boobs, orange-ish tan), or because she kept calling the dogs by the wrong names, even though their names are on a clipboard attached to their run. She seemed nice, but naive, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. We got to talking, and she ended up gleefully telling me that she had married rich, but got a divorce, took all her ex-husband's money, then married rich again. I really couldn't think of a way to respond to it, so I just kind of nodded and said something like, "Sounds like you're comfortable. That's nice." About halfway through her training week, her questions about the job became order (and she still couldn't figure out the dogs' names). She stood there, cigarette in hand, leaning against the building, and yelled, "SleepDeprived, go clean up the yard!" and I said, "Actually, we usually do that at noon. But we need to put blankets down for the dogs now. Can you do runs 21-40 and I'll do 1-20?" and she FLIPPED out. She starts screaming at me, "You can't boss me around! I'm twice your age! I am NOT taking orders from some kid! I don't even need this job, I'm just here because I need something to do, unlike you! I drive a Corvette and I own a boat! I'm richer than you will ever be! So drop the attitude you little bitch!" As she was yelling, she was slowly walking closer to me until she was right in my face. I just stood there in awe. Where the fuck did she get off bossing me around, when I was training her? I look at her right in her eye, calmly as possible, and I say, "If you lay a hand on me I will sue your ass off and take your car, your boat, and your money will pay off my student loans. I'm going to vet school, so have fun with that expense." I walked away and explained the situation to my boss. We had a long, 2 hour talk, where my boss told me that this other woman was just jealous that I was going to school and had the potential to make something of myself while being independent. She ended up getting fired that afternoon. TL;DR Older woman tried to order me around during her training because she didn't want to take orders from someone younger than her. My boss was the best boss ever and fired her. Cue justice boner.
