I really doubt it's an attraction issue. My wife and I dealt with this and it was not an attraction issue at all. It was mostly a stimulation issue. Cowgirl did basically nothing for me, but was great for her. For me I basically needed missionary or doggy.

In addition to the other suggestions, you can ask him if there are certain positions that are more stimulating. Do you have a kama sutra book? There are a lot of different positions you can use to try and either tighten/open up and apply the right amount of pressure to stimulate him.

Also, if he isn't circumcised, he can check and make sure his foreskin is flexible and retracting. I had to have surgery on mine because it was too tight when it got behind the head and actually kept me from ejaculating while it was retracted.
