Haven't lost any weight this week despite consistently eating at a deficit, feeling frustrated.

Congrats! Your body is functioning as intended! Lol our bodies are not static. Doing the exact same thing multiple weeks in a row won't mean your body will function 100% the same as it did that one great week. Our bodies will continue to function, fluctuate, and doing things it's own way.

Maybe you have poop in ya, maybe the exercise caused you to retain more water, maybe your hormone are in a low or high point, maybe you're fighting off an infection without knowing, maybe you didn't need as much water intake this week, maybe you didn't need as much salt intake this week, maybe your body is functioning normally!

Keep at it, next week you'll probably drop the water weight and be down a few pounds. You got this!
