"He's permitted to hit her" - Australian Muslim women demonstrate the ways in which husbands can HIT their wives.

If you apply to a job that provides abortion services and you are unwilling to perform your duties why in the hell do you think someone deserves that job and should be given special snowflake status?

I don't think that nor, to my best recollection, have I said it. There were progressives arguing, quite literally, that people who refuse to participate in abortions should be barred from the medical field entirely and that, for whatever reason, if they go through the process of becoming a doctor or nurse, they should expect to perform them. The position I take is that no one should be forced to do something they feel violates their conscience or convictions. That does not mean they're free from losing a job that they knew from the beginning required them to perform but it does mean they should not be barred from working in the medical field entirely. The "well, there are no other doctors around so they should be forced to do it" argument is nonsensical. No means no.

You are very confused about how the world works.
