Hi from Egypt

You are a living proof of what a right-wing nut job is: when everything is a conspiracy against their politics.

Islamophobia? it's a left conspiracy

Seeking a solution to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict? it's a left conspiracy.

Seriously, the EU is led by friggin Angela Mekel, a right-wing politician? do you know that?

Kerry and Obama? were you there when Dubya was a president? or when his father was a president? they were right-wing (if it's even right to classify US politics on this basis) and they still forced Israel to the negotiation table. In fact, Israel had it easy on this front when a "left-wing" was a president in the US. Finding a solution to Israel's shenanigans is a US policy, regardless of who's a president.

Why is he not Egyptian?

First, because I can say I'm Netanyahu's son and that my daddy isn't happy about what's going on in Nicaragua. Who the fuck cares? it's the internet and you can be whomever you want to be. If you can't offer a proof that you're Egyptian then I don't have to believe you are an Egyptian and more importantly, I have the right to call you for a proof.

Secondly, I thought he was not Egyptian because his sentiment is really very similar to the right-wing nutjobs, like you, whom we see here on reddit or in real life: who think that not liking a Jewish person is a sufficient reason for deportation from one's own country, whose arguments are all: hurr durr Islam hurr dur Quran.

Besides, I'm fine if an Egyptian decides to love Israel. In fact I don't give a shit, but my initial observation was about those "from the Mideast" who somehow think that if you express islamophobic sentiment on r/Israel, then somehow that will give them enough credentials to become part of the community. Indeed, it was already made clear to him by other redditors here that nobody gives a shit about religion, be it Islam or anything else.

(I remember the other one being that Kurdish bitch who kept moaning about why he got de-modded from /r/kurdistan).

read a book

Reading a book isn't a guarantee that you'll understand things. You need to get a brain first.
