High Red Blood Cell, Hematocrit, and Hemoglobin test results. Should I be concerned?

As others have said, you're near the top of the male range but not in an alarming place currently. If you and your doc decide you want to bring your numbers lower at some point, there're a lot of low-intensity interventions. Off the top of my head - just increasing your hydration if you were dehydrated when you got your blood draw, changing to gel or patches if you're currently on shots (more steady levels reduce the problem,) or scheduling blood donations/prophylactic draws.

You're definitely right to reach out to your provider early and make sure there's a plan in place any time you have a concern, but don't let yourself get too worked up in this case; you're not in a particularly uncommon or concerning place on this.
