How do I go back to being a productive person?

It's totally ok , you can't go back to being productive easily.

The reward system actually works after some time and it's ok to fail.

It will feel hard! just accept that this will recquire a lot of effort.

Habits can change with time, effort, patience, routine, resilience, self awareness, humility, and curiosity..

Humility and curiosity are so so important to get you where you want to be.

You need to be humble enough to fail and try again, and curious enough to know why it failed and what can you do better to get better results.

Action is supposed to feel uncomfortable in the beginning, because you are learning, but don't worry, you'll feel the flow after some time. keep on trying and repeating! You got this!

Also, I guess you were more productive, because (maybe) you used to accept failure as part of growth. So now, what I can recommend, is to practice observing things around you / and yourself, without judging so much. Practice kindness.

I hope this can help! Good luck!
