How do I break my deepest fear ?

Well i can tell you how i "solved" this problem, as a skinny guy myself, but take it with a grain of salt, since it might not be healthy.

I used to be 67kg and 1,85 meters tall. All my life i had the same experience like you, so i know how you feel.

Then decided to gain weight.

First, do a check up, a complete one, not just taking blood, they need to shove a camera up your ass and one down your thought and take a samples. This saved my life because they found stuff.

Then, start drinking weight gainers and eating like a pig. Regular eating, every 2 hours something, even if its small. And lift.

I was consuming 8000 kcal a day. Gained 13 kg in 2 months. According to bmi my perfect weight was 85kg.

Downsides are however, that you will still kind of looks skinny, around the arms, but your neck and face will change, thats why lifting is important.

And you will get a big, hard belly. Extremly ugly, and no working out can get it away since its gas or something.

So thats how you can change, i guarantee you that it will work 100%. But i cannot recommend it.

Its very high suger and milk consumtion and the belly is ugly as fuck.

I am back down to 72 kg, but at least i dont have a ugly stomach and no acne -> main problem, that was because of milk and sugar.

Oh and eating so much is worse than every diet. I cant describe how alwful it feels to eat and eat and eat even if you feel fucking full, and to top it off then drink 1 liter of milk with weight gainer. Its terrible but you get used to it.

Do at own risk, if you finally want to change, or learn to accept yourself as you are,... if you can, i know its not easy.
