How can I use Reddit to help locate and return a missing pet that ran away during a car accident, 7 hours away from home?

Lost my dog in South Carolina after being T-Boned by an 18 Wheeler on I-95s! (self.self) submitted 19 minutes ago by FindZoey I'm not sure where to post this, but you guys were reccomended to me by a friend as a helpful source of information when one is in need. I have a problem! Me and my son were involved in a pile up accident on i-95s in Jasper County around exit 8. it was raining and the roads were slick and a vehicle in front of us lost control of their vehicle so I veered out of the way casusing my own car to spin out of control. We hit the median and came to a stop, then to my right 2 huge white big rig lights greet me in my passenger side front window right before slamming into us T-bone style. Our dog who was traveling with us was in the car also, and as soon as the 18 wheeler hit us she jumped out of the car and took off terrified into the middle of the night, right in front of my son who at this point was completely ballistic and there was no way I could leave him on the side of a busy interstate while I went and looked for our dog Zoey! The police wouldnt let us leave the scene untill all reports were made even though they knew our dog was running away, and we were 7 hours from home. After many trips made to the original location the night of and the morning after, I had to head home and leave her behind. If anyone has seen her, I will offer an award! It may not be much, but this dog has been our family pet for 15 years and he is family! Any help you can do in delivering this message to right spot where it can be seen would be amazingly helpful! She is half chihuahua, half miniature pinscher. She is light brown with medium length hair and looks part Jack Russel Terrier also. She is the size of an overweight chihuahua! Her name is zoey. :((((
