How to get enough protein on 1600 cals?

A few years ago my hair thinned out a lot when dieting, this time and after 18 months still not, so I guess what I do works without chasing protein-counting but yes, more awareness . My protein comes from home-made greek yoghurt (about 150 - 200 grams) and millet (a desert spoon) added to my morning rolled oats for breakfast, most days I do the same for my third meal but a smaller 2/3 portion (occasionally altering this by having two boiled eggs) , and for my main meal I add beans (black/red/chickpeas) to rice/pasta and veggies, sometimes substituting the beans for lentils. Ive recently switched from treating myself to sweet tidbits or chips to two buns with a thick slice of cheese about once or twice a week. I have time to home-cook my meals from scratch but otherwise my vote will go to boiled (free-range) eggs as the easiest way to fill a protein gap (if cholesterol is not a problem).

Good luck!
