How to not sound crazy to other people...?

I've asked that to one agent and she was very respectful back. However she cc:d in one of her colleagues ('B') and I'm not sure whether he's understood.

Basically the last email train forwarded to me was as follows:

Complex manager ('A') -> parents --> B & myself

Me -> B (yes, fire ahead with final warning) B -> me (OK) Me -> B (anything you want me to do? Call them?) (I think I may have come across a bit backseat drivery here. The issue was the tenants leaving bins out and I wondered if the tenants had a key to the bin room. I wouldn't put it past my parents to have forgotten to give it to them). Didn't get a response to that.

Next day: B -> me and my parents (final warning given to tenants) Me -> B (thank you. Have asked A to deal directly with me from now on...) Parents -> B (thank you B...)

Basically I'm not sure if B was replying to all of us just out of politeness because my parents contacted him first or if he just hasn't gotten the message/ considers my parents to rank above me. I don't want to overreact to basic manners but I also don't want to be silenced to keep the peace... I'm annoyed because B was cc:d in my original email to his boss (where I explicitly asked to deal directly and even for family members not to be given my home address)

(Conversation with A went a bit better) Me -> A (sorry about the tenants. Please let me know directly in future) A -> me (no problem. We'll update our details)

Sorry, I'm sure that's a bit confusing to read. I like your draft email and think I will use it to craft a template to all of them (cc ing in everyone at once).
