Youre an avg joe trying to join the play. You want in on this action. You hit up the subreddit for the first time. You see bootyslapper69 saying hes a veteran to this and providing lots of information. Average Joe is hype af. Hes ready to slap some booty.

Oh wait. Bootyslapper is on the same level as average joe, only difference is he pressed the green button first. Average joe doesnt know this and parrots bootyslapper. Next thing you know we got people saying things like "Robinhood never owned your shares" Or spreading short volume as short interest.

The list goes on and It's aggrevating because the early days of this was nothing but people really strict on getting good information. Thats why I pulled the trigger so early. Now 70% of the people here couldnt understand shorting without an ELI5, even then they wont get it.
