Okay ill jump in, ive gotten great with sublinguals.

It depends wholly on how hydrated you are. If you drank a glass or even a sip of water, wait 10-15 minutes or it will dissolve super fast.

On the other hand, if you are dehydrated it could take FOREVER to dissolve. Up to an hour one time because my mouth was dry. So i have a few gulps of water 15 min before normally.

As for placement, place under the tongue against where it is attached and just lightly hold your tongue to your gumline below the teeth.

No talking! As soon as you lift the tonight it breaks up into the teeth and saliva in the back and sides of your mouth. Plosives especially will ruin the dissolve. T's and P sounds (feel where your tongue goes to the top for a t? Goodbye pill!)

I can normally feel the pill the entire time until even the mush dissolves. As it gets softer i move my tongue very slightly left and right in miniscule movements to kinda grind the mush so it dissolves.

Oh and Finally, mine normally takes 20 minutes to dissolve ideally. If it turned to water instantly you are too salivated.
