I am starting to believe this 'BLM' slogan is being promoted by the powers that be as a divisive strategy.

Nobody in the 21st century believes the lives of a specific race do not matter. Or at least, those that do believe this are in the minority and easy to identify.

The cause being protested in USA is police brutality, along with the actions of the wider capitalist industry and corrupt political system.

Should the police cease harassing black people (a fact I wont dispute is true), our current problems would still persist.

I think by pushing the BLM message through the manipulation of social media, the powers that be are able to cause situations as presented in this comic. And let's be honest, the situation presented here is an ideal scenario - in reality it would take Mr 'ALM' a long time to come to terms with this change in personality.

As long as we are squabbling over semantics we are not focusing on the real problems at hand. Yes BLM. Yes ALM. And further more - lots of other shades of skin matter too.

China is facing the same problems... are we going to have a 'Chinese Lives Matter' slogan for them? Or is it about time we address the root cause??
