If an adult male is speaking of a female to a third party and the female is not present, what term should the speaker use to refer to said female and why?

This is a question coming from a man who has made comments such as:

Thank you for simply answering my question and not being a bitch.

and

The daughter isn't embarrassed; that is good ol' fashion penis-envy right there. The old bitch looks like an XXY - Jamie Lee Curtis type. It's probably a subconscious representation of her actual penis.

and

My cousin was a gynecologist for blind women and he would just tell the ladies that he had a speculum that was shaped like a penis and then stick it right up in 'em. He's banged over 1,000 blind chicks.

and

Daenerys is just a PMSing snatch who dreams of period blood constantly and makes decisions impulsively based on emotion.

and

If a girl pisses me off, I tell her, "Widowhood will become you." like Littlefinger says to Sansa. It works as a great neg/pickup line also if the girl has daddy issues.

AND I could keep going but what I'm trying to get at is a guy like this even pretending the whole "I'm not trying to be sexist but..." is ridiculous - I most certainly hope this "girl vs woman??" question gets hijacked again.
