I'm doing a survey about toxicity and Tribunal report abuse in Ranked Solo Queue!

You don't ask enough questions. You basically are basing your entire results on the way that 1 question is worded.

Not only that, but i can take your survey as many times as i want.

How often have you seen players in Ranked Solo Queue threaten and/or report other players to the Tribunal simply because they have had a bad game (i.e. they are not feeding intentionally, they are trying to win, but are just having a bad game)?

It's actually not okay to just "try" your best. You can never tell if someone is truly intentionally feeding. Most people are subtle about it when they are, but there are usually some sort of tells. The guy will probably be visually trolling in some way. If the guy is really trying his ass off and is being nice in chat, that guy is less likely to get messed with. He should also know that by talking in chat he opens himself up to scrutiny.

Basically, you don't have a troll with just 1 person most of the time. It takes 2 to troll and I don't think that even if you had accurate answers on that question, would it really mean anything. How often do people get harassed in ranked for feeding? Quite a lot, but it's usually not outright rude to the person.

If he really is a bad player, there are serious questions as to how he got his account if he can't play at that elo. Sure everyone has bad games, but it takes some serious disregard for the rest of your team to go 0-10 in 10 minutes. Some of these players deserve flame, some of them are intentionally trolling, and some are playing new champions. While playing new champions in ranked is perfectly fine, you should at least be functional on that champion before taking it into ranked.

I see a multitude of justifiable reasons to report someone for feeding. None of them have anything to do with if he is actually trying or not. Quite simply, there is no way to tell. Some people just have more fun being the only in on their private joke. The guy that "flashes too late" or "accidentally" kills his support with a zilean bomb.
