I'm making a rap sheet for Batman and I need help with chargeable offenses under NJ law. This is what I have so far.

Batman doesn't actually arrest anybody, he just brings their asses to the GCPD. Plus, he has held criminals indefinitely if you count him personally imprisoning the Joker for who knows how long in Metal (though for that case, I wouldn't blame him, since practically no prison can hold that bastard). But if you wanna hold that against him, you'd have to bag Superman for using the Phantom Zone on American astronaut Hank Henshaw as well.

Also, how many different instances can we name where Batman goes beyond knocking criminals out with swift punches/knockouts? That's all I see him do. It's practically what every Superhero does, even Flash, Superman, and Wonder Woman can be seen knocking out their criminals and their punches are even more deadly. Spider-Man has the ability to web all of his criminals but even he knocks people out. The only instance where Batman goes beyond is when he's fighting better fighters like Deathstroke, or when he (rarely) loses control (like in Hush against Joker).

I'm not saying Batman doesn't deserve these charges, especially since he's usually a lot harsher than other heroes, but I always get irked by how some of us don't see plenty of other heroes could be guilty of the same things.
