They are making this up. I was on 50mg cypro for three years and implante estrogen. My levels were on the extreme end. I had no ejaculate for the entire time. Not even a drop of clear liquid.

My endo was confident we could get it back. It took 4 months of hcg and fsh injections but we got there and i froze it before srs. That being said, the quality was quite bad and i will likely need assisted fertility techniques when the time comes. Even then it may not be successful. But it does come back and it improves. Mine went from "theres definitetely live sperm but its hopelessly bad" to "regular bad" between month 3 and month 4. It takes 3 months to produce sperm so the hopelessly bad sample was probably one of the first batches after years of cypro and estrogen damage.
