Passionate is not an excuse for harassment. Having paid for a piece of software or a service does not entitle you to be a jerk. You are not always right

This is so utterly true and its a horrible mentality that has become disgustingly commonplace in the gaming community

When you purchase a game you are owed what you were advertised, spiderman was not broken in anyway and everyone who bought it got exactly what they paid for

But this idea you deserve more on top of that just because you bought it is horseshit, people were legit harrassing indomniac nonstop over not putting a specific suit in the game that is ridiculous

People need to grow up and get a grip, stop thinking your owed anything past what you purchased, that applies to all games
