The internet was a mistake.

And i don't think we can actually deal with it and its breaking us down psychologically.

It's not a "we" situation that's more of a "you" situation.

We have not adapted as a lifeform to the constant influx of information and so we are beginning to break down.

It's not a "we" situation that's more of a "you" situation.

I can deal with it and it's not breaking me down in any psychologically way as well I have adapted as a life form to the constant influx of information, just last year they found out 80% of twitter content is created by 10% of the users and I'm sure facebook has a similar thing going on, the panic and madness you see is an illusion designed to make people like you write these types of posts.

Tribalism, Witch Hunting, Mob Mentality and Gangthink are at highs not seen since the darkest days of the 20th century.

When it's actually only 10% of people engaging in these things it doesnt seem so dark in terms of twitter , 330 million on twitter with tens of millions being bots and tens of million being alternet accounts for other users now we see the picture is able to be focused better.

57% of earth's population has access to the internet and its either you believe this technology has helped people learn, brought people togeather as well as saved lives or you believe these are the darkest days and digital tribalism, digital witch hunting and digital mob mentality are the downfall of humanity.

You may need to get out of whatever echo chamber your living in and interact with real people and realize they want you overwhelmed online to give up and they want you to stay online to not be with real people and to give up which is what this post sounds like to me.

When you say the internet is not used widely by most im curious where you get this data from? From your own timelines and feeds? From asking actual people or just seeing a tiny sliver of the data and making it your whole world?

There are 7.7 billion people in the world, with at least 3.5 billion of us online. This means social media platforms are used by one-in-three people in the world, and more than two-thirds of all internet users, start to break down the numbers dont let the fake numbers break you down.

If I spill my water I don't think we arnt ready for cups yet as humans, maybe I wasnt ready for the cup and the water that spilt was just a small amount compared to all the water available, my neighbor drinks right from the hose maybe he figured it out or maybe we just need a better grip on the cup, dont let it get all shaky and unbalanced, put what you want in the cup , firm grasp then drink it, stop looking for problems and start look for solutions.

Your using "we", you dont represent us , you dont know anything about "we" , you just know what you can see in your view which maybe you got to close to a wall and are standing right in front of it and maybe our view is way higher up and we see everything from the trees, the animals, the pornhubs and we see those people looking right at the wall, get up on our level, those walls are made of straw, those walls have doors 2 steps to the right.
