To contrast/parallel some other comments, I immediately agree with the current top comment, not every RE girl has to be Jill, Claire, Rebecca, etc, because I'm already a lowkey fangirl of Ashley as she was in the original (and as for the contrasting part, even the escorting. I promise it's not that hard once you really get a grip on how to operate, as debates ever since it's release will tell you, she's literally not that hard to work with whatsoever.)

That said, I won't mind if they give her an expansion akin to how they did Carlos in RE3R, with the further budgeting/efforts (if not even more than that) of RE2R, but without making her into them either. I'm really looking forward to how they handle her more than anything else about the RE4 remake honestly.
