Introverts, how do you re-energize after spending the day in a crowd, etc.?

Random list of things that are relaxing or re-energizing for me in no particular order: 1) watch a sunset
2) make tea (drink as fast as you can for an invigorating sensation and open airways) 3) have a single drink, slowly enough to enjoy, fast enough to get stomach tinglies 4) fill in bubbles in letters with a pen, draw on pictures and faces in a newspaper or something, fold something as many times as possible, tie as many knots as you can in a string... 5) read (if you havent been thinking too hard all day, maybe soft news or something pulpy?) 6) abruptly initiate sex or tickle fight or wrestling with your partner (great if you dont want alone time, but have been talking all day) 7) write something very short or strictly formed (haiku can be therapeutic and almost like a free-formed puzzle) 8) draw. just put your utensil to paper and start moving until something takes shape 9) clean or organize stuff 10) tai chi, yoga, stretching 11) meditate
12) coffee nap
13) sit or stand in comfortable position, focus on an object about 15 feet away and directly in front of you, set a timer and focus on nothing but blinking as fast as possible for 60 seconds
14) dark chocolate (or just any form of chocolate i guess)
15) shower
16) walk around your neighborhood or building 17) talk to your pet, do something to care for them (brush, feed exercise, etc) 18) ask someone you trust to listen to you for X (i suggest 5-10) minutes. set a timer for X minutes and complain relentlessly about anything stressing or iritating you. Rules: minimal feedback allowed, not complaining after the timer (so make it count haha), you can stop early 19) do a challenging, timed work out (usually under 40 minutes)
20) fuck it, (insert drug of choice).
