That's what I thought too at first but after reading the manga, they're actually really different from Team 7 so here are some minor spoilers if you want lol

Emo guy is a suicidal freak (and batshit crazy as well), Genki guy gonna be so depressed later on and starts contemplating life (he might be the only sane one in the trio group lol) and 1 material girl, well shes a badass and very logical in doing decisions. As for blindfolded sensei yep hes almost similar to kakashi but not really since he's cocky af but he has every right to be lmao OH AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST evil thing sealed doesnt help the mc or some shit like that, more like the embodiment of evil itself
