LeBron joined teams with the 2nd and 4th best players in the entire conference. The Celtics were all old, past their prime, and capped out to boot. His competition in the East after joining the Heat consisted of Dwight Howard with Rashard Lewis as his 2nd option and the 50-32 Celtics who were all 34+. That was it. It was a joke. And everyone loves to pretend the 2010 Heat were a joke. Wade carried them 49 wins with Michael Beasley as a second option. Simply putting Bosh on that team makes them a 55-58 win team and a legit contender. Hell Wade destroyed the Celtics team that knocked out LeBron in the playoffs averaging 33/6/7 on 55% shooting and simply had no help.

They both ended parity in their conferences. Miami was leagues better than the rest of the East and the same can be said for Golden State. Not to mention, Wade's decline & Bosh's inability to fit is somehow just swept under the rug. That Heat team was supposed to be what we're seeing from the Warriors. They were actually a minor disappointment despite winning 2 titles.
