I feel like this series is getting too overhyped lately. I just watched ep 19 and yea the last ten minutes were pretty good but I wouldn’t call the series a masterpiece for the ages just yet jesus. I feel like 50% of people just love the godly sakuga, 49% love Nezuko who for the most part gets zero screen time even in the manga, and 1% for the story which is honestly pretty average even amongst battle shonens. It’s literally just demon of the week stuff, just kill all the demons. All the fights are awfully dragged out as well. Even the final arc is like this.

It feels so imbalanced to have such good production quality elevating an average source material this much.
