Laser Hair Removal in Pittsburgh - cost and recommendations?

I definitely DON'T recommend Body Beautiful Laser Medi Spa. I went there for about 15 treatments 3 years ago. It started out with a Groupon (6 treatments for $200, I think). For the first 3-4, I felt no pain at all and they said it was because of the cool tip laser. Nope, they just didn't have it turned up high enough to kill the follicles. Had to buy more treatments at the regular rate-- I'd already sunk $200 and 6 months into it, so I figured I might as well pay the rest and get the results I intended to. I was never given any receipts ("we email them"... nope, never did) or proof of what packages I'd purchased or any kind of written description of the "guarantee" they kept referring to. About 5 of the treatments were underarm; there's no noticeable difference today (probably because the laser was too low). I paid for 6, but they told me #5 was #6, and I had no way to argue. The other 10 were bikini, and they were mostly successful but not worth the money. I never finished out the bikini treatment package because by that point they had me going to a very sketchy mostly-empty office building on the outskirts of town (the building seriously looked abandoned-- everything seemed dirty and rusty and leftover from the 70a, and the lot had big weeds growing through the cracks in the concrete) and the tech actually answered her cell phone and was on it while she lasered me. Sorry, but if you're waving a powerful laser around my crotch, I'd like you to hang up the phoned for ten minutes and at least pretend to be professional. This was a few appointments after she tried to upsell me some kind of mineral patch treatment from the home-based business she was operating on the side. Also, they don't have a dedicated building-- they rent out offices at various places once or twice a month-- so you can only get treatments at 4-week intervals (not at intervals based on your hair growth cycle). I wish I'd spent that money on half as many treatments at an actual spa with actual aestheticians. It wasn't cheap (I estimate I paid $600-700 by the end), but it was the cheapest I could find, and... yeah. I should have just paid more somewhere else.
