LEAKS: #TexasLaw pilots argue New Jersey is in NY and not a state. Fun begins line 90.

kinda is. he seems to get off on conflict.

IF this is the same guy, he used to have a site where he would post articles about how the people he victimize were, in his mind, doing something unethical or illegal, and he would then spam links to anyone/everyone remotely involved, or who even knew someone who knew someone who was involved. Then, the kicker was, to read the link you had to pay 4 dollars via credit card.

I doubt the guy i think this is made much money off that, if any at all. he just seems to REALLY love being annoying.

The guy i am thinking of had his mail server (he had his own domain) blacklisted by several anti spam lists, and went to far as to sue the maintainers of the lists. suits were dismissed, but still...

Dude I am thinking of even once sued the WSJ for publishing an article he did not like about his business. never mind that the article was 100% truthful... The article essentially told the public how they could get his pre packaged product for free, and his sales tanked, and he did not like that. So he filed a lawsuit alleging that the article said all sorts of stuff it did not say. Suit was dismissed, but he still got a stiffy over the fact that the WSJ had to spend thousands sending their legal team down to texas to get it dismissed.

He is intelligent, and he has indeed been a successful entrepreneur in the past. But something with this dude ain't right.

And anyone who has frequented the "news.admin.net-abuse.email" usenet group in the early to mid '90s will instantly recognize who i think this is. Threats of legal action, accusations and assertions that have no bearing on actual reality, etc. That's his MO. HE knows it's bullshit. he just gets off on aggravating folks.
