Why is so little attention paid to the struggles of the Native American community, even amongst liberals?

None of this is true. Bathroom bill issues are driven entirely by republicans.

Bullshit. Half a decade or so ago, Massachusetts codified the right of natal women to use men's rooms and vice versa. The campaign against that came in response to the state legislature's codification. I actually voted with the trans community on that, by the way, because I don't personally have an issue with it, but I'm not going to write off anyone who disagrees as simply a bigot.

Affirmation is the only therapy that has scientifically demonstrated positive outcomes.

Highly debatable. Immediate affirmation of anyone who presents as trans hasn't been studied in depth, as that is entirely new. Previously, there would be a period of time where there would be a long process to determine whether someone was genuinely dysphoric, and whether there was some way to remedy the dysphoria without transition.

What unscientific curricula is being pushed in school? Do you mean that that sex and gender are separate concepts?

Much of the so-called "gender ideology" is highly unscientific. The idea that the best thing to do is to immediately affirm is unscientific (and taught in schools in some curricula). Etc.
