Looking for some positive stories of OAD people able to travel internationally.

I had my daughter when I was about your age. She's 4.5 now and just completed her 18th flight this past weekend. We've been abroad with her twice and done numerous domestic trips and road trips. While kid temperament can vary, my daughter has been an awesome traveler and with each new journey I've gained confidence as a parent traveling with her.

It's definitely more work to travel with a kid, but if it's important to you, it is absolutely possible to keep exploring and going on adventures as a parent of a young child.

Also, having just one has also allowed me to travel solo much easier bc my husband has been able to watch her when I've done trips on my own and vice versa.

I lover having her as an adventure buddy.
