Luminosity refuses to shake hands with Liquid

I think looking at the situation of the round when the DC happened is more important than making it a blanket case.

LG went for an aggressive push on banana, and liquid was able to trade the frag and heavily damage the other player. LG also did not have enough utility to stall out liquid into a rushed 15 seconds left execute. Both of these things are huge advantages for t side inferno, and liquid earned them fairly.

It was after this point when the DC happened, I don't remember exactly but liquid had the health advantage and decent map control. LG took a big risk on the aggressive play, and from liquids perspective it is completely unfair for them to lose that advantage since if they replayed LG most likely would not have made the same play.

In my opinion this whole situation vets completely fucked because LG gave up immediately after the DC, even though they were fully aware of the fact that it was live. If LG had played out the round and lost in a close 1v1, then I think liquid would have been more likely to replay the round since the extra player could have made a difference. I think everybody can agree that if LG went 2 for 0 on the banana play and it was a 5v3 when the DC happened they wouldn't have afkd. They knew they had a disadvantage when the DC happened and instead of trying their best to win the round they gave up.

I don't think it's fair for liquid to be forced to replay the round when LG didn't even try and play the round with the disadvantage. Now if the damage was just petty grenade damage and liquid did the same then that would be messed up and people would have every right to be pissed, but the situation is a bit more complex than that
