Medication decrease

That’s a common reason for changes in symptoms. Did they tell you to taper? If not then that sucks. I hate when “professionals” don’t realize just how bad changes in medication dosage can get. If you start to feel like you’re losing your mind a or just really agitated it might be because of that. Sort of like withdrawal but these drugs don’t have the addictive part. Physical dependence is when your body gets used to certain dosages and can’t adjust my quickly to changes.

If it’s too unbearable I’d say get the go ahead from them to go back to your original dose if possible and do it gradually (tapering.) That’s the way you’re supposed to do it and it’s a shame not enough doctors know or care to mention that. Tapering is breaking up your medication into a slightly smaller chunk and working your way down bit by bit so that your body doesn’t react as negatively to the changes. You can ask to be put on a larger number of smaller dosage tablets that add up to 50 so you can break those up with the line in it for half or 3/4ths and removing more over time after staying on a smaller dosage for a little while until you reach your target dose.
