Million-Plus Illegal Immigrants Unlikely To Ever Be Removed, MPs Told

You can also buy a passport in certain EU countries and then use it gain entry to countries like ours. I worked with a lot of Brazilians who do this, they all claim to be Portuguese, Spanish or Italian but they're really just brazilians. It's so obvious too, there's people who claim to be Italian and can't speak a word of Italian. When you ask them why they say "oh I come from small island, we have different dialect". Yea.. Bullshit..

We even had an English guy who found out and called immigration. They said they weren't interested unless there was someone they could prosecute and fine for hiring them but the person who hired them (another "Italian" who managed to get into management and then stopped hiring anyone non-brazilian) had already left to go back to Brazil to open a juice bar other the money they'd earned.

Honestly I don't know how widespread it is but it seems to be a pretty standard tactic for gaining "legitimate" entry. I know it's going on all over my city but I don't know how bad it is elsewhere.
