I have several anecdotes from the Phlebotomy Job and Mentor program for my personal statement, but my main concern is my application is rather generic for top tier schools. With this application, how competitive am I at top tier schools? Do I have a decent shot at Mayo, Duke, Vandy? Does attending a small midwestern liberal arts college hurt?
