"Most obese people aren't living unhealthy lifestyles"

People can get obese from eating too much healthy food and I am proof. It's easy to overeat on nuts and avocado. The "recommended" amount of calories for women is 2000 but most of us (especially me) have much lower calorie requirements making us put on loads of weight without realising it (My TDEE was just 1601 calories before I started piling on weight, as I was 19, 5'5", 123lbs, and sedentary). I ate very unhealthily and started putting on weight then I cut out added sugar as much as possible and I am STILL putting on weight. I no longer weigh myself but I look and feel a lot softer and my clothes are tighter. I went from 146lbs to 123 eating sugary chocolate cereal then put it all back on again by cutting out added sugar.
