Probably not, and if you could, it would make the game more like a job than a game. I'd say that there are four "main" gold-making methods, and three of them require a level 110 character and other significant preparation.

  1. Profession stuff. Mainly herbalism and alchemy but a few other combinations are profitable. This requires riding around the Broken Isles, particularly Suramar, picking flowers. This requires being 110. It also is more profitable after you have 2 or 3 stars in the right skills, which requires time (or great luck).

  2. Soloing old raids. In theory you can start doing this as early as level 70, but you won't get anywhere near enough gold then. The higher level you are, the more raids are soloable. In addition to being high level, you also need a mammoth/yak to vendor stuff you've looted when your bags fill up, and those cost 20,000g at least. They pay for themselves in the long run but not in a month.

  3. Mission management. Sending NPC followers out on missions. This requires being 110 and having a full roster of ilvl 850 followers. Takes several weeks to get all that.

  4. Playing the AH. Buying raw materials and crafting stuff, or buying low and selling high when someone else posted something at a lower price than its market value. Basically, day trading. This method has the lowest up-front cost in gold or time, but it requires a lot of planning and knowledge about the market.
