He knows what you want, many people woukd jump at the oppertunity like being fresh out the shower. The fact you dont mention it and hes still not done it knowing its what u want leads me to believe hes avoiding doing thay for whatever reason in other words he will never do it until you make a deal out of it then he might but thats not good on the relationship for both of you and you will never get that out of the blue head atleast regulalry with him. The problem is if someone doesnt want to do something they can end up doing it out of pressure and that can be a dodgey road. Its also not healthy and wont give you what you want its just not the same compared to someone who enjoys giving it never will be to me it can often seem like a favour which is not a turn on by any means
