My broker (27M) confessed to me (25F) after one meeting- overstepping professional boundaries?

I dont think he intentionally took advantage of the situation tbh. You guys talked more than was predicted so you guys moved to a cafe. It happens. When i got some documents from my bank an older guy helped me and we just had a great conversation and he ended up telling me more than i needed to know and so we moved to the starbucks outside. He didnt ask me out but like he worked over hours for you bc he enjoyed talking to you and then one thing led to another is how I read the situation. Lol. Ive had to have lengthy conversations w brokers, agents, etc that were outside their office hours. Like not a big deal. They like you enough to work longer.

Now if he asked you out, then a professional experience is not possible. I would just text him and say you enjoyed meeting him but it was strictly professional for you. Because of the nature of this conversation, you will be going to a different broker.

Like it wasnt professional probably. But he also put his job on risk by asking you out. Maybe he really likes you that much. If he made you feel uncomfortable, then yeah id be like i need to talk to a manager. But it isnt as if you started business w them already and he made you uncomfortable?

Like technically if he loses you as a client, he is losing his bonus as well. Lol so it isnt as if he isn't risking things on his end?

I dont think it is enough to throw a rock at his career.
